• Inquiry data: when you contact us through the inquiry form, email, phone or WhatsApp, we process your name, contact details and the content of your message.
• Preference data: your theme preference (light/dark) and cookie consent choice are stored locally in your browser.
• Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) may be processed by our hosting provider to keep the site secure and available.

• To respond to your property inquiries and provide brokerage and consulting services (legal basis: performance of pre-contractual steps and legitimate interest).

We do not sell your personal data. Inquiry and contact data is kept only as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up engagement, and no longer than 5 years after our last contact. Technical log data is kept for up to 90 days. Where we provide brokerage services, records are retained for the periods required by Croatian law (typically up to 10 years for contractual and accounting documentation).

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse — including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure hosting infrastructure and access limited to the licensed broker personally handling your inquiry.

This website and our services are intended for persons aged 16 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.
